Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons (Eid, weddings, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

1. Free Shipping

  • Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over PKR 2900 anywhere in Pakistan.

2. Standard Shipping

  • Flat Rate: PKR 280 for orders under PKR 2900.

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days via trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopards, or Pakistan Post).

  • Trackable: You’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

Packaging

  • All attars, Perfumes and glass bottles (including roll-on, Perfumes and fancy stick bottles) are securely packed in:

    • Bubble wrap or foam inserts to prevent leakage.

    • Branded gift-ready boxes for pristine delivery.

    • Tamper-proof seals for quality assurance.

Order Tracking

  • Track your order in real-time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email/SMS.

  • If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours of ordering, contact us at support@farzeel.com.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote regions (e.g., Northern Areas, Balochistan) may take 7-10 business days.

  • Address Errors: Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We’re not responsible for delays/costs due to incorrect addresses.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. Follow our social media for updates on international shipping!

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, contact us for assistance.

  • Damaged Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product/packaging. We’ll reship or refund promptly.
